Terms and Conditions


Our computer products are refurbished second-hand items, unless stated otherwise. Consequently, there might be minor signs of wear and tear, such as slight scratch marks on the exterior casing. We do not sell refurbished computers or laptops that exhibit obvious or heavy damage or usage, such as significant scuffs, scratches, or cracks on the exterior casing, or pressure marks and blemishes on LCD screens.

Occasionally, we may offer refurbished computer products with more noticeable damage than usual. This will be clearly indicated in the product description, accompanied by a corresponding price reduction.

All refurbished computer products are dispatched via courier service DPD or Royal on the. We aim to ship orders placed through our website within 48 hours. Deliveries are scheduled between 8:30 am and 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, and require a signature upon receipt. In the event of the recipient being unavailable, a notification card will be left for arranging re-delivery or depot collection.

Saturday deliveries can be arranged at an additional cost. For this service, please contact us for a quotation.


We accept returns of PCs, laptops, or monitors within 14 days from the invoice date for a full refund, excluding the initial shipping cost. Returned items must be in their original packaging and the same physical condition as when sold. Return shipping arrangements and costs are the buyer's responsibility. Alternatively, we can arrange for our courier to collect the item at a cost of £22.50 (costs vary for multiple items), deducted from the refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment card.


Our refurbished computer systems and laptops come with a Return to Base (RTB) warranty. The customer is responsible for returning the equipment to our shop and collecting it once repaired. We can organise courier collection and return of faulty items for £15.00. The warranty covers parts and labour for 12 months, unless specified otherwise. Please note, we do not offer items on a trial basis. We will not refund for goods returned due to preferences in colour, shape, or size. Faulty items covered by our warranty beyond repair will be replaced with a product of at least equal specification. The warranty period does not extend beyond the original specified duration.

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Software faults resulting from misuse, installation of incompatible software, etc.
  • Physical damage due to impact, liquid spillage, power surge, or similar activities.
  • Damage to the operating system or other software from virus or spyware infection.
  • Laptop power batteries; all batteries supplied are second-hand and may not hold a charge for the same duration as specified by the manufacturer when new. However, they are guaranteed to hold a charge for at least 30 minutes.
