Warranty
All refurbished equipment sold by Microchoice is covered by our standard RTB (Return To Base) warranty, unless a longer warranty period has been selected during the order. Under this guarantee, Microchoice.co.uk will repair, replace with an equivalent quality item, or refund the buyer for any defective goods due to faulty materials or poor workmanship, provided that:
- Any defects are promptly reported upon discovery within the warranty period.
- The product is returned with proof of purchase.
- If repair is not feasible, a replacement of equivalent quality will be provided.
- A refund can be obtained for any faulty item, meeting the criteria outlined in the Sale of Goods Act, provided it is returned in its original purchased condition.

Grading
Grade A+ : Brand new case and other parts
- These are PCs that have been rebuilt into a brand new case and will include brand new parts such as the hard drive, graphics card.
Other parts such as the motherboard are normally refurbished and fully tested. The best of both worlds!
Grade A: Excellent condition
- It will only have some very light scratches that are near invisible when holding the item 30 centimetres away.
Grade B: Good condition
- It may have scratches, that are visible when holding the product more than 30 centimetres away.
Grade C: Acceptable condition
- It may have more significant scratches, scuffs that are noticable wihen holding the item more than 30 centimetres away and perceptible to the touch. It may have a maximum of three minor dents.
