Under this guarantee, Microchoice.co.uk will repair, replace with an equivalent quality item, or refund the buyer for any defective goods due to faulty materials or poor workmanship, provided that:

  • Any defects are promptly reported upon discovery within the warranty period.
  • The product is returned with proof of purchase.
  • If repair is not feasible, a replacement of equivalent quality will be provided.
  • A refund can be obtained for any faulty item, meeting the criteria outlined in the Sale of Goods Act, provided it is returned in its original purchased condition.
